Who we are
Humane Animal Rescue was founded by Grace in Naarm. After years fostering dogs and cats, we are here to offer an ethical, supportive and caring rescue for poochies, pussies and the people who save their lives. Grace, is passionate about continued learning. Grace is studying animal care, has a dog training certificate from Karen Pryor Academy, is a certified Fear-Free professional, a PPGA Member & International Cat Care Member.
What we're about
We’re a 100% volunteer run registered charity and without these caring people we could never exist. We operate with compassion & kindness, and strive for great communication as a collective hivemind to nurture volunteer experiences, relationships, and ongoing support that empowers their roles.
How we work
Our mission is simple, save animals lives & treat them humanely.
We do this via a proactive rescue model - supporting animals & humans with animals needing rehoming.
What we do
Our focus is on outreach services to prevent animals needing rehoming.
Free food, pet supplies, reclaiming support, behavioural, grooming support and a last litter program.
