Does anyone in the house have any allergies that we should be aware of? (e.g. Nuts, etc, so we don't bring peanut butter/flavoured treats to the training session)

What are the unwanted/undesirable behaviours that led to you reaching out to us? (The more detail, the better!)

How long have you had your dog, and where did you get them from? (e.g. Breeder, shelter, rescue, friend)

Do you identify as any of the following?

ATSI Indigenous/Torres Strait Islander CALD Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (eg. if you were born overseas, or if you speak a language other than English at home) LGBTQIA+ Refugee/Asylum Seeker/Migrant None of the above
